I. Using JOIN.TRAVEL
The service offered and described on the internet pages of JOIN.TRAVEL refers to the search for suitable travel partners.
The service is free for the interested party. JOIN.TRAVEL needs to specify your travel preferences as well as some personal data to reconcile your travel interests.
JOIN.TRAVEL will make suggestions for suitable travel partners and suitable travel offers based on your data. For this purpose, you will receive regular e-mails with the corresponding offers, whereby the e-mails may also contain other tourist offers from third parties. You can object to receiving this email at any time.
Your name and personal contact details will only be made available to another party by JOIN.TRAVEL after the respective consent has been given. All other information about your travel request and your profile name, your age and possibly your image are made available to other interested parties, with which you expressly agree by using the service.
You or other users have the opportunity to get in contact anonymously via JOIN.TRAVEL.
The obligation to conclude a travel contract or to contact the persons proposed does not arise from the mere use of the JOIN.TRAVEL service. Conversely, there is no legal claim - neither against JOIN.TRAVEL itself nor against travel companies working with JOIN.TRAVEL - to submit an offer or to take action at all.
All offers are non-binding. JOIN.TRAVEL expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without prior notice, or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
II. Privacy
According to the applicable legal regulations, personal data may only be stored and processed with the consent of the persons concerned. By confirming the entries by clicking on the "Submit" button, you agree to the storage and further processing of the data entered by you - for the sole purpose of providing you with the service represented on JOIN.TRAVEL. You have a right to revoke this declaration at any time with effect for the future.
In addition, the website privacy policy applies.
III. Liability of JOIN.TRAVEL
To the extent permitted by law, JOIN.TRAVEL shall be liable for damage to property, assets and persons resulting from the use of the service offered only if such damage is attributable to intentional or grossly negligent conduct by JOIN.TRAVEL
The brokerage of travel partners or travel offers by JOIN.TRAVEL does not represent any guarantee whatsoever for the reliability of the persons or providers.
JOIN.TRAVEL assumes no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided.
IV. Application of general provisions
The terms listed under the Imprint are part of these Terms of Use.
